I'm one of the biggest Braylon supporters out there, but god damn

just give it a rest and let it go, dude. There's a reason he's not on a team right now. It might not be clear why, but I'm sure it's a good reason.

Put me on ignore, its easy.

So we lack a true #1 WR and now Kerley is being questioned by the head coach...............seems the WR corps isnt as deep and talented as everyone believes it to be. Id sure feel much more comfortable going into the season with a warrior vet like Braylon Edwards on this team.

Can we get a Braylon Edwards sub forum? The Tebow fans are much easier to take. LOL

Yet you fap yourself to sleep over a wideout that was let go by 3 teams in three seasons.

I fap to no one and nothing. Wipe your lip and talk football.

Are you concerned about the supposed #2 WR and the bigger question mark #1 WR time bomb? I am.

i just knew it was you when i saw the name braylon on the front page...

seriously man, he is done, its over. we get it you like him and want him.... the braylon edwards talk belongs in teh nfl forum... well actually it doesnt even belong there as he isnt in the nfl currently... how about in the history and trivia section of the board.

because seeing you continue to drone on about braylon edwards is tired.

Jeremy Kerley is a slot receiver. I don't understand why him not doing well is a reason to bring back Braylon Edwards, a deep threat. I can't see Santonio playing exclusively in the slot.

Also, what they said about him not being signed yet.

This thread would be slightly more intelligent and interesting if we were talking about signing Scotty McKnight instead of Braylon, and that's saying something.

Yea cause Scotty McKnight won us so many games................I hope Rex and the coaching staff wake the hell up and get Braylon in camp sooner than later.

Thats not going to happen though. I think were set at WR, whether its going to work or not they aren't going to be bringing in anyone else.

Seattle brought BE and Antonio Bryant in for a workout and Bryant left with a contract.... Braylon didn't.

That's all that needs to be said at this point.

braylon is an unreliable, untrustworthy pain in the neck and he is not talented enough or healthy enough to warrant the headaches that come w/him. Which is why not one team is interested in taking a flyer on him at this point. nobody wants him in camp poisoning the locker room, getting in trouble, negatively influencing the rookies. sooner or later maybe some team will have enough of a need at wr to take a shot w/braylon. its a shame, he was a very talented player.

    Link to that Seattle workout?

    As per ROTOWORLD

Jets WR Jeremy Kerley will miss "about a week" with a hamstring injury.
Speaking after practice Saturday, Jets coach Rex Ryan said he's "disappointed" with the second-year wideout's progress in new OC Tony Sparano's system. Ryan said Santonio Holmes could eat away at Kerley's snaps in the slot if he continues to struggle. New York's receiver corps is thin enough that Kerley's roster spot shouldn't be in danger, but he could open the year buried at the bottom of the depth chart if he misses much more than a week.

If your concerned, thinking Edwards fixes anything is silly as hell. He is coming of a couple major injuries, has not seen much if any interest from teams, and brings more off feild baggage than anyone of our current receivers.

These posts are not about your worry for the Jets. They are about you man love for edwards.

Hill and Schilens will battle it out for the number 2 spot. Holmes is our number one. Kelley will either win the slot job, or we'll see hill and Schilens out side and Holmes in the slot on three wide sets. There are bigger issues with the team than trying to bring in a vastly overrated primia Donna receiver.

Not as concerned I would be in bringing in a WR that was cut during the season by a playoff team that was desperate for WRs and who has been nursing knee and shoulder injuries for over a year and who has not even received a sniff from other NFL teams other than the recent tire kick by the Seahawks.

Between this thread and the stadium seating thread, you are a broken record. Why not just take your two standard posts:

    1) Sign Braylon Edwards now. The Jets need him because the current WRs suck.

    and

    2) The Upper Deck seats are too far away and too high. They suck. Anybody who says they like sitting up there is an idiot. I am a genius because I gave up my tickets to watch games on TV.

And start your own thread. You can post these two things over and over and anybody who wants to hear from you can go to your own special thread to hear your incredibly repetitive rants.

Braylon wouldn't be a number #1 so that problem doesn't get fixed. Braylon is a head case so that problem is not fixed. Braylon is no longer considered talented by 31 other teams so that's not fixed. Braylon wouldn't play ST so that is a big waste for a potential #4 wide receiver.

I don't mind Braylon coming back, I just don't see how it makes you more comfortable that a guy coming off an injury, cut by a team in the playoffs, and not signed by any other team makes you more comfortable in our WR corps.
