I get your frustration. Never had season tickets, but have probably spent more than I should have back in the day buying the from brokers. Been a fan since the early 80s. This is as low of a point as I can remember.
If fans want to stop supporting a team they invested in for decades that is their choice. They shouldn't be ridiculed for not wanting to waste there time and money on a franchise that puts a shit product on the field year after year. After 30 years, I am finally at a point of acceptance with this franchise. I accept that the Jets won't win a Super Bowl until there is a change in ownership. I will watch a game casually without any attachment. I was a lunatic for too many years and took losses personally. All joking aside, it can be done after years and years of obsession. And if you can't be a fan who doesn't attach their identity to the team then you might need further help.

I understand where you are coming from. Since 69 I have been waiting an waiting and waiting. It is just so depressing. I did not think they would win more than 5 games this year but they are just pathetic. Thankfully the basketball season started and the Knicks should be fun to watch.

Jets are m,y team... but they do not deserve a single second of ny attention at the moment... i wnet through, what? 12 years w/o watching a KNicks game... they are my favorite team... but unless they are league-wide competitive... not worth my time. do likewise peeps. your life is shorter than you thyink.
