If that website has a contract with the league for any photos, without there being a clause that the league can choose any photo not be resold and the league attempted to stop them from selling a certain photo then they could simply sue the league. I am pretty sure that while the licensing may be somewhat one sided toward the league, they can't just revoke licensing with out proper cause. Edit: Just saw the other posts and i guess they didn't have licensing just resale privileges so disregard.
