No we don't but all the evidence seems to indicate that it did. If it had any impact on the game, the game is tainted and shouldn't count as a loss for us.
Forfeiting a win is never going to happen... The 1st round pick should be handed to the Jets. That gets the pats in 2 ways.... They lose, and a division rival gets. A forfeit would be nice, but you know what, the Pats were going to win anyway so it may not be the most fair.
They cannot give the Jets the win because you can not prove at all that the Jets could have otherwise played any better. I say take away picks.....don't know about a first rounder, but we should definitely get the picks they lose.
That's what it will be. I don't know about first round but it'll be a first DAY draft pick and a suspension, but it's not enough. Who was the team that was hurt by this? Us! So we should get something. Now, this has obviously been going on for a while, because the same guy was kinda caught by Green Bay, but he was really finally caught against us. So Belichick is less of a genius today and more of an enormous cheater. They can have their tainted Super Bowls and I'm glad Belichick "resigned as HC of the NYJ". Lastly, how about that Jets security guy (forgot his name) that nailed this jagoff? That's the same guy that carried Parcells wire. Big-ups to him.
well I`m almost certain the Jets would have played better, especially if the Patriots didn`t know what the Jets were gonna do EXACTLY and where they were gonna do it from. It`s like knowing the lottery numbers. Not fair.

The league also was reviewing a possible violation into the number of radio frequencies the Patriots were using during Sunday's game, sources said. The team did not have a satisfactory explanation when asked about possible irregularities in its communication setup during the game. -------------- So basically, they were listening to every word going into the green dotted helmet, offense and defense. Ya know, Minnesota said the Giants were doing this during the 41-0 loss, and that doesn't seem so crazy now, does it? Belichick may go down for the year. Won't really matter. He'll draw up defensive schemes from his kitchen. Goodell has to be inventive here and really screw them. How about this happening against US, of ALL teams? that wont happen cuz its not fair to the rest of the league, they had nothing to do with it surrender yes, but not to anyone, its the only way that, the pats and only the pats are affected.
People are saying Pats would have won without cheating, and also say cheating wouldn't have done much to the game anyway - which is implied from those statements as "the game wasn't even close anyway." Let me add my dime for you guys. 1. Knowing when the running is coming, and where the running is going is crucial in neutralizing the running game. Do I need to elaborate? All right. Jets OL stinks, I admit it. But the defense charging in through the running lane that TJ was supposed to run through on virtually EVERY run plays? I don't know really. If the cheating is true (as proven) then the whole floodgate of possibility opens up. I can't think of a reason why Pats won't tape the offensive calls when they were taping the defensive calls. Of course, neutralizing run game exposes Pennington's weakness even more. 2. blitzing or not, Brady had all the time in the world he needed to make the plays. Sure, Jets DL stink. But the whole defense created ZERO QB pressure plays in the entire game. That doesn't quite add up in my book.

The fairest thing to do IMO is forfeiture of the game. They got caught cheating for this game, so it only makes sense for them to have it chalked up as a loss, and us getting a win. Losing Belli for one game doesn't mean much IMO. They are a talented enough team and have a good CS that they may be able to over come it. Suspending the coach for a season or losing a draft pick may hurt the team severely long-term. BUT there is certainly a downside to being fair (and I'm trying to be unbiased about this. If the only punishment for a team caught doing this is forfeiture of the game, then there really isn't much risk involved in it and lower quality teams with little chance of winning might as well cheat.
ive never seen anything like the time brady had on sunday, his feet werent moving AT ALL on multiple occasions. that happens once in awhile but i saw it the hole game, very strange for his feet not to move, he was VERY confident
Beli should receive a suspension -- this is analogous to players cheating via performance enhancers, etc.
