That's why it was a HORRIBLE manuever that I railed against at the time....

Bradway set this kid up to fail.... And if his knees were questionable at the time like we now hear, it's just unbelievable....

Robertson will rebound this year. He played most of last season with a club on his hand, and a coaching staff that made it Club Med. Someone will light a fire under his ass this year, and he will rebound. Recall, he was a beast in the playoffs a few years ago.

Just more proof that Bradway was as bad as GM as we've ever had. I swear the fins, Bills, and Pats were sorry to see him demoted by the jets--It took WAY too long for Woody to wake up.

When D-Rob was drafted, I was very happy. I heard nothing but good things about him. I thought we were getting a one man defensive wrecking crew, a bulldozer with cleats. IMO, he has been OK and nothing more. Many people say that for him to realize his full potential he has to have someone good (Jason Ferguson for example) next to him to let him do his thing. That may be true but when we drafted him, I thought it was D-Rob that was going to make everyone else better, not the other way around.

    Here's his stats:

    2004 New York Jets 16 52 36.0 16 3 0 0 0.0 0 0 0

Not really domination, him and Ferguson both made each other look better. Im not going to say he is a bust but he definitely wasnt worth a no. 4 pick overall.

He was outstanding against the run, that's where the "domination" comes from.

Robertson is not a standout player himself - he draws double teams which in turn make the people around him better. While he is not a star, he still is very valuable.
