I wouldn't say he was horrendous albeit not great. Whether Covid was the catalyst for a downtrend or not, I'm not sure. It could've been that defenses figured out his tendencies and flooded the middle of the field/whichever side he was preferring to throw to (I believe it was the left). Look at the three games before Covid and three games after. 39 point difference in QB rating, 2/2 TD/INT to 0/5 and he rushed for two less touchdowns, threw for less yards, etc. I think Cam has a bit of juice left to be better than he was last year.
