What about Cromartie? Agree with the other 3. They all need to be resigned. If we can resign Holmes and Braylon, we don't have a weakness on offense going into next year. Conner could replace TRich if he retires, and McKnight can replace LT if he gets cut. Need more o-line and TE depth, but we're fairly set on offense going forward. Defense needs to get younger. Especially on the line and the edges. I like B.Thomas and Pace, but I feel they just aren't 'explosive' enough off the ball.
Jenkins comin' back & Leonard will help too. Injuries always happen but I think Jenks should be on a "pitch" count as far as plays go to have him last. Beef up our D-LINE & add a few more savy vets like j. taylor & LT.
We don't have any glaring weaknesses, but we could improve in many spots. Safety needs some help. We need a fast middle linebacker. We could use more push on the dline. drafting a speedy wide receiver won't hurt. Improvement comes with patience. Sanchez is getting better every game, but we're still coddling him and playing conservative. The best thing we can do is keep the team together and wait.
This is one of the only threads worth being in around here. I've been on the fence about Schott for as long as he's been here..not very vocal..but he's gotta go...period. We need to re-sign all of our own guys. We've gotta see how all our rookies from this year pan out and then draft BPA on defense in the draft.
Draft everyone!!1!!11!!! Personally, I'd draft 6 pass rushers. But that's just my opinion, and it's no more or less valid than yours.

I think Cro will walk. Somebody will have to walk.... we need Wilson to progress and contribute, maybe find a cheaper #2 CB. Ellis, and B. Smith are FAs too. Gonna be an interesting offseason. Nobody here has any clue what the fuck is going to happen.
