How did you discover The Gang Green?

    We need this topic back.

    I found it back in 2002 by Google I think. i used to post in the chat room even before I registered here. Finally I did though in Jan of 03.

    Followed Petrozza from the ESPN Boards. Joined in 2003 really started posting during the 2004 Playoff run...have been here exclusively ever since.

    Went to the Jets official website and saw this board as a link...

    I 1st started late in 02', but just for the chat and the front page since it had all the Jets related news in the NY newspapers, a time-saver. Then a few months later I finally decided to join.

    I was in a friends fantasy football thing in 2002 and i need a team logo...so i was looking and looking and found the gang green logo and used it.. With the team i used this logo i made it to the superbowl but lost by one freaking point unbelievable.
    Been reading this site all along but didnt join it until 2005 in march.

    found it thru research on the Jets on Yahoo search and I lurked around for a week then I joined.

    An old Namath board I used to post on (now long defunct) somehow landed me here in some roundabout way. Wait, no, that's not it...There was a link on some board I can't recall the name of that had a link. The Moderator's name was Ronny Dynamic and he had a 'Speed Racer' avatar. Don't even ask me how I just remembered that, but I guess I essentially didn't answer the question. :lol:

    It was a stormy night in the winter of the year of one and two-thousand... and I can't remember the rest. Maybe a search engine. I know that I found this board and JI at the same time, and I chose wisely.

    First, I found it through NewYorkJets.com, but couldn't sign up because it wasn't accepting new members. I got pissed off and vowed to never post at a site that acted like it was a country club. The next link I clicked on was JI and saw that they charged money. I gave up.

    Then, I wore out my welcome at the NYG MB and a Giants fan directed me here, and new users were being accepeted.
