Did you even watch the 07 pats games? Did you see what happened every game? Why would the Giants be any different than the other 18 times that year?
We were a team that at the beginning of the season wasnt slated to win 3 games and its 7 games later.. so it goes to show nobody has a clue who can beat who... Any given sunday
They will take a page from the Pats book of Welker and rely on the check down or quick dump off in a slant route. Revis and co should keep the deep big plays quiet. We match up well with the defense on the field but that won't win the game. I really hope Sanchez will be playing not to lose and for pete's sake run the ball. I feel good about this game.
I think we just do what we do run the ball and then try to open up the pass game i think sanchez should rely on Keller for short down situations
No doubt, just easy to get ahead of yourself with a chance a knock off an un-defeated team like we did with the Titans last season.
Yes i think he is a back with great potential...and after Thomas Jones Retires he will become the work horse
I think Greene is going to be one half of our future stable. to me the feature back is a dead option. Tomlinson is nearing the end of a glorious career, and Peterson is the last of a dying breed. its been a 2 back league for the last decade. as far as Greene goes I think hes a monster and the only issue with him has been fumbling. whats comforting though is, the guy fumbles after bowling over a couple people and the problem is, he seems to not be aware of a defender chasing him down cause he lacks break away speed. to me thats totally coachable. moving forward I thought Jones wouldnt be able to give us an encore of his 08 performance but he looks even better. then again some of that can be attributed to Sanchez struggles. Greene will be here for a while IMO, now its a matter of Jones getting a new contract and how Leon rehabs to figure out the rest of the equation
