i was looking for hilton too, apparently he was inactive, but im excited to add him to the offense

even mccairens impressed me on the catches that he made, and i really liked how schottenheimer used chris baker, putting him in the backfield and even splitting him out , trying to find different matchups

    Cotchery!!!!!

So glad hes number 2 now. His technique at using his body positioning to shield out defenders is great. It makes up for his lack of breakaway speed since he can get deep position himself, and make the tough catch. I hope hes number 2 for quite some time. (unless by some way Calvin Johnson ended up in green, sorry for draft talk)

On another note, I expected Laverneus to perform. and that he did! It was just good to see our WR's overall be able to make the catches when we needed them too.

Especially since Chad had to actually do some moving in the pocket due to some shaky blocking. But, it was good to see almost no defender (maybe on 1 or 2 occassions), get a free release.

In the recent poll, I picked Cotchery to score the first TD and he did! And how about Chris Baker? I've been touting him all preseason.

This game did wonders for or WR and TE confidence levels.
