How many kids does Asomugha have? Just kidding. I don't know enough to address the salary issue, but the man has character in spades. And he's a player. He'd be a nice addition.
The Colts were held to one TD for the first time since 2008. CRO was part of that. If you want to have a btter secondary, improve the passrush!
Cro is very inconsistent with his technique and is the least physical football player I ahve ever seen, but that said, he IS our #2. I agree that a better pass rush is the best way to help him, particularly since he is costing us a second rounder already. I just hope hiscontract demands are reasonable
with all the child support this guy has to come up with for the next 15 years or so, anyone that truly believes cro is going to take less/hometown discount is a total homer. fact is, cro needs every dollar he can command and to think otherwise is silly. cro will be looking to be paid top 5 money. whether he gets it is another thing, but he will not come cheap!
Aso is close to 30. This is most likely his last chance to make lock a team into a big money contract. There's no need for him to take a paycut at this point in his career. Look @ the Jets current team. This season's LT & Jason Taylor are the kind of players you get that are desperate for rings. Great players on the downside of their career who want a ring before retiring. Aso is not at this stage yet. Also, why the Jets? If there's a playoff team desperate for a CB, he can go there & maybe push them over the top & actually be the #1 CB.
IDK he does a good job taking out his own player here after getting hurdled
Asomugha on with Mike and Mike this morning look at the picture, examine closely... coincidence or not?
Or he's just tipping off that he wants to play with Revis. You don't think it came across his mind when he put that on this morning? Wearing a #24 on the show with a Jet fan...lol.
Yea, so are about 100 other CBs in the league. The problem for Cro and 94 others, they aren't a top 5 CB. He will get a decent contract, one we can afford IMO. It's really up to management if they want to keep him or give Wilson more of an opportunity.
