Clearly Nnamdi and Revis woudl be #1 and #2. But if you are going to put Cro on the field with both of them, stick Nnamdi in the slot on the quicker receiver. Cro is not a Nickleback. Nnamdi would be better suited in the nickle that Cro.

Although, wishful thinking. This would never happen...

And we would still be without a pass rush

If the price is right. I thought this when I read the article from my phone this morning.

Maybe we can get him cheap. He made a lot of money already maybe he wants a championship now.

how about we can replace Titans for anybody else who would like to post on the board?

there are better players in the NFL at nearly every position than the Jets have. perhaps we should simply replace every one of them with those players. I'm sure that is not only the smartest philosophy to have in building a team but feasible as well.

Nnamdi is going to cost more the Cro. If we bring him in, we're going to probably lose another FA.

    New England delenda est.

I don't care what it takes; if you can get Aso, you do it.

He's the only corner who you can debate is better than Revis. Put Scrabble on one side and Revis on the other and the top 2 targets would be eliminated every game.

Not to mention it'd be a total waste for Kyle Wilson.

Personally I would rather go after Ngata. I dont think the Ravens will let him go, but in the event he is allowed to explore free agency I would offer him as much as he wanted. We really need to upgrade our safety, OLB(pass rusher) and DL since Kris Jenkins will be retiring.

Its a shame to see Kris go, he was my favorite Jets player :-(

NA and Revis have stated for some time that they want to play together, and Cro is nothing special. With NA here, qb's will have to throw at one of them, and when that happens the picks will begin to accumulate.

Add on an improved Wilson, a healthy Leohnard, and another safety, with Pool, Smith and Lowery off the bench, and that would be a hard secondary to pass against (especially if they improve the pass rush)..

I say we keep Cromartie. We need to get a safety and work on resigning the guys we have for next season.

if the jets can resign harris and keep braylon and holmes id consider it as keeping cromartie is gonna cost a big contract anyway and nmadi could really improve the jets pass defense in a conference with manning and brady

It's enticing and I'm sure tanny is entertaining the idea but who knows. We would def lose cro and have to trim some more money to afford him. Plus we have no clue what the new CBA is going to look like as far as salary cap goes. Let's worry about the Brady bunch first.

I consider myself an Edwards fan, but of all our big free agents, he's the most likely to go. Harris, Cro, and Holmes are probably going to get signed in that order.

Seriously, this is an awful idea. There's no way Aso is gonna accept <$10 mil a year and it still doesn't fix our pass rush problems.
