It should be noted that Polian has strong ties to the Bills and their new owners have said they would be bringing in a consultant to help them make decisions. It's rumored that consultant will be Polian.
I'm not saying Geno doesn't deserve some blame because he definitely does with his "questionable" decisions at times, but... I don't feel like MM or Rex have done anything to help him develop at all. Everyone is so quick to ride Geno, but nobody seems to have a problem with our "OC's" play calling. Now I'm not saying he's Steve Young, but look at what Young was able to do in SF with a real coaching staff while learning a system compared to his first two years in with struggling Bucs. People are going to call me crazy, but I'd give Geno ONE more year. Get a new HC, OC, and QBs coach. For OC I'd hire Raiders QB coach John DeFilippo and for QB coach I'd hire the Denver Broncos offensive assistant Brian Callahan. For HC I have a feeling Idzik would go for Dan Quinn. Give Geno Amari Cooper. Also if Seattle releases Lynch we should go after him... Lamborghini Percy would entice him I'm sure.
All the more reason for Woody's people to contact him asap. The Jets need a proven football guy with a track record. They can't botch this next hire.

He already has worked under head coaches who won superbowls,we have no qb and no secondary this isnt hard to figure out ,its just easy to blame the coach for everything
