I don't really agree with this. Farrior had only one good year - which happened to be his contract year. They took a gamble on Marvin Jones staying healthy and that Farrior wouldn't duplicate his success. I think Farrior's success since he left us is because he plays in the 3-4. Had he stayed here I don't think he would have been as successful. JMO
Hardly a trader- he wasn't resigned by this team and the Pats were the only team to even give him a call, plus it was at the 1 year minimum. The guy's just trying to pay his gas/electric bills- can't fault him for where he ended up.
I never said he sucked. In fact, I'd prefer that he was still on the team and that we tried him at ILB. I did say that he wasn't a "trader" because he signed with the Pats. If it's the Pats or an early career signing football cards at trade shows, where are you going to look?
given recent history, you have to deduce that the devil knows more than a former apprentice.....:wink:
I said it a long time ago I'll say it now Hobson will be alot better at ILB he played that position in college. We should have retained him and utilized him better.
