Probably right! I have been scarred from Mom's old, dry, overcooked, tasteless bird from my childhood which was then inherited by my wife until I started frying them about 10 years ago. I will try and post pics if I can figure out how. I am a dinosaur when it comes to technology.
Brined my bird for 20 hours, just stuffed it to the gills (both ends like finger cuffs) with sausage stuffing, draped it in cheese cloth soaked in white wine, butter and fresh herbs and put it in at 450 for 45 mins. Dropping it down to 350 at 11:30. Proseco pops at 2:00 and then the mad rush is on. Great day all. Best holiday. Food, family, friends, football, booze and no presents. _
Breakfast : Shop Rite bagels with cream cheese. Lunch: Frozen food. Boston Market meat loaf. Dinner: TGI Friday's will open at 3 PM for losers like us. Dinner at TGIF. Sorry. Nothing worthy of posting a picture. Let's see who will post what.
