It's a shame Toyota discontinued the hatchback Matrix. It was an AWD hatch with decent looks and a decent price. I'd get one if they brought them back.
It seems Toyota tries the small gimmick car and it does not last, it's either feast or famine, their best fun car was the Supra. They just stopped making the Venza which was a good Suv/ Crossover. I'm looking at sedan WRX, not hatch.
My neighbor has a Jeep Compass and a Nissan Rogue. I haven't heard any complaints. I totally agree about front wheel cars in the Northeast. 4-wheel drive is the way to go here. I can't wait to get rid of my current SUV though
Acura MDX 2016... still have 18 or 19 months left on the lease. I had the 2010 version, which was an excellent car that got flooded during Sandy in 2012. So, I decided to go back to the MDX last year.... giant mistake.
My friend still has his 2004 MDX, he loves it and refuses to get rid of it, what is wrong with the newer one? Too big? I have noticed too many SUVs getting as big as dinosaurs, even the new 4Runner are too big. I have a 2007 4Runner, perfect compromise between Car and Truck.
Same size as the 2010 one but... 9-speed transmission - disaster touchscreen - slow and awful navigation - what an effing joke!
good one, my dept head makes enough to drive just about anything she wants and has just bought her 2nd hyundai santa fe. thats a ringing endorsement if you ask me
I have a GMC Terrain, and I love it. Truck is fantastic in snow and rain, and is a pleasure to drive. Think Im gonna get the Acadia as my next one. Highly recommend GMC.
Toyotas are good reliable cars. I personally drive german cars. Been working on em since i was a kid. If i had to drive anything other than a BMW or Volkswagen, id definitely get a Toyota. Sent from my SM-N930V using Tapatalk
I don't like the price tag that comes with maintenance on German cars, only thing that holds me back from owning a BMW 550xi, probably the fastest and most comfortable sedan to drive.
Nothing to do with reliability in my case. I drove the damn thing to Florida and back in spring. It's just when you're stuck in traffic, which happens all the time here, the car becomes ridiculously jerky.
That's why you lease them It's always under warranty and by the time the warranty is up, so is your lease
I agree but you have payments for the rest of your life, I don't like having a car payment, I always pay them off early and go years without payments.
is right. So what you are saying is he basically got the same car with a different name. He should have just traded his older Acadia for a 2017 since they are now on the same platform as the Cadillac XT5.
You got it! I did mention to him what you said about different name, he said the Enclave has more in common with Cadillac than the Acadia does.
