A blocked FG? snore. Boring. Would have been much more interesting to lose by a sprinkler malfunction like the Buffalo Wild wings commercial.
Don't make any mistake, the Patriots got outplayed badly. 100 more total yards for us and more than doubled them in TOP. At the end of the day, it comes down to the little things. 2 point conversion, TD on 3rd and goal from the 19, blocked kick, 29 yard punt that set up last Patriots TD and those timeouts that were used when they shouldn't have been needed to be used.
Yup in our dreams, because we're jets fans. If we win its because shits gone right, why wouldn't we want that? to wish for failure means to wish for several elements of our THAT WILL carry over to be poor as well. I just hate this tank the season shit, nothing pisses me off more when it comes to football. Ooops, Mariota breaks his legs at the combine! good thing we didn;t give a shit!
Am I the only one that wasnt bothered, like at all? Its hard to get emotionally invested when you are 1-5.........
Since that playoff win in Foxboro: 2011: Ben-Jarvus Green-Ellis toasts us, so they don't get the ball back 2012: Fucking Ninkovich strips Sanchez to end the game after they forced OT 2013: Geno throws three picks in a 13-10 game, Hill being Hill with drops 2014: This shit
I don't understand how anyone could be surprised by this after watching the first 5 games. This game was over when Antonio Allen bit on the NON PLAY ACTION and let Vereen get behind him. 4 trips to the redzone and we settle for a field goal every single time. The ONLY positive out of this game was Aboushi is here to stay.
I'M not drunk I'm pissed off at at assholes who want our team to lose and call ourlseves fans. We'll get talent from the draft either way jackasses, 1- 10 10-20, shit doesn't matter. FUCK YOU.
I'm not, at all. I am not one to believe in purposely losing to get a better draft pick, but if we lose, so be it. Helps our draft odds. Did I want to lose? No, but we did in a hopeless season. Mine as well get something good out of it
Man I hope you are right! Rex has done an amazing job keeping this team fighting through all the adversity, against all odds! Get him a secondary, another year of development for Geno, and maybe another WR, and this is a super bowl team for sure!
