I'm not sure if you have to do it like as the pick is happening. I've never been in a league where it was an option before. I'll just change it I guess.
Oh for godsakes it works like it does in all sports leagues. Anytime before the draft or during it(not really cause you don't get trades approved asap). Try clicking propose trade when view another team's page.
