I think some posters have already alluded to this in other posts, but Haynesworth truly seems like that kind of player that gets lazy once he gets paid. Time will tell.
i heard this morning it maxes out at 115 million, should he meet all bonuses, 41 is guaranteed. Well Albert will be sleeping on sundays now. Cant wait to see this blow up in the skins face.
here's an answer for you, if it is reported on tv for the first time, as Breaking News, there isnt a link yet! so as a result he reports it here, you got that he heard it on tv, and an hour and half later a link showed up, and it got posted. don't bite any heads off.
K I hear hes getting something like 23 million in the first 13 months how are they doing this when as of 3 days ago they only had 8 million in cap space. Let alone they resigned Deangelo Hall as well. http://www.ninersnation.com/2009/2/26/773163/2009-nfl-free-agency-teams
Where the hell do they get this money from every year? It's like the salary cap doesn't apply to them.
Just knowing that Daniel Snyder thinks this is a good idea is enough to convince me that its a bad one.
The Associated Press reports Washington Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth has been indicted on two misdemeanor charges in Tennessee after he was involved in a traffic accident that seriously injured another driver. He faces a reckless driving charge and having an expired registration. The maximum punishment for reckless driving is six months in jail and a $500 fine and 30 days and a $50 fine for the expired registration charge.
