But Hawkins is a safety... Actually, Hawkins has been having injury problems all Spring, and I don't think he has been able to get over the nicks and the soreness during TC. Probably, he's responding to what feels very different right now than ever before in the past with his body. Hawkins is a mature guy -- he's not a Johnny Mitchell who sneaks off in the middle of the night. He and Mangini just talked it out.
