    By just looking at the post "Hard Knocks" team season records, the only real decent team that seemed to have fared worse as a result of the show were the Cowboys. I am not really concerned by this too much. Rex pretty much had the cameras on them last year with his awesome one liners. These guys will have fun with it, that is the team culture.

    Change of mind

    I was all for hard knocks but I am starting to think other wise. I heard they were at the OTA yesterday. Do you think it was a coincidence that Revis decided to not show up yesterday? I don't. Training camp could be a real mess if Revis, Mangold and maybe Harris and D'Brick don't get signed before camp. I could see all 4 using hard knocks as of way of making things real tough on the Jets. It could be a real soap opera Why are they cheaping out now when we are close to getting a Championship team??? Steinbrenner would have signed all 4 of them by now because its about winning. The new stadium and lack of PSL sales is really starting to effect the bottom line and that sucks

    Stienbrenner doesn't have a looming lockout possible or a salary cap.

    Bad comparison.

    Ok, I will give you the fact that we can not sign all 4 players at once like George would have, but lets just take Revis and Mangold who are the 2 best young players that we have and need to be locked up long term. We have no cap this year so I why can't we front load the contract for 2010 and then spread out the bonus of 5 years. Why did they let Feely go for 300K? The lack of PSL sales is effecting the team on the field and that was my point. The Yankees in the early years of George had crappy attendance and no Yes network and spent like crazy so George sacrificed profit to win, I am getting the feeling Woody is getting cheap on us because of all the $$ he put out for the stadium and that sucks. Mr. T has always found away of getting things done, he needs to find away of signing all 4 core players.

    front load in 2010 = 30% rule
    Feely let go = chance to sign an UFA, nothing to do with 300k
    PSLs = effecting Woody, not the team.
    Yankees = No salary cap

    Thursday is press conference day, HBO or not the press was there and it was a planned move by the Revis camp to get some free publicity on the situation.

    Another term for what you are doing is harassment. My understanding is harassment is not permitted on this site. You might be suspended if you continue your posts in this regard. But that is up to the mods.

    Duplicate account.
