Oh and I only drink brown liquor. Today is a bottle of 1792 Bourbon.

    Cheers

Yes sir. I think it's an excellent mid range bourbon.

I also like 4 Roses, Elijah Craig and Eagle Rare. All within that same price range.

Do they sell "New Riff" single barrel bourbon out your way? I'm a Makers 46, Jefferson's, 1792 and rarely, GJD. New Riff is my present favorite. Especially the single barrel.

Never New Riff. Well definitely give it a try if I find it. Thanks.

Doing a roast chicken instead of turkey. but otherwise the usual: stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, Rhodes Dinner rolls, cranberry sauce, pecan pie, pumpkin pie with homemade whipped cream.

Also watched the World Cup instead of football (although to you Brits they're the same thing):p

There's only two of us so a turkey - even just a turkey breast - is too much. And frankly we like chicken more than turkey.

And it's a hell of a thing having a Limey cast judgement on an American tradition!o_O

Reverse sear 1 1/2 thick ribeye
Everything bagel stuffing, NY bagels flown into Denver last weekend
    Smashed potatoes
    Roast broccoli
    Apple Pie

Last night ate at Linger, if anyone is out this way it is an absolute must restaurant to eat at. That was after a visit to Great Divide and then Jagged Mountain breweries
