    Will do.. I decided to go traditional with the Turkey. Just roasted his big azz in the oven. Thanks to Covid, there's just me and wifey this year where usually, there's more folks. Of course, this was the Thanksgiving when we were gifted 2 - 20lb turkeys. Got one stashed in the deep freezer for Christmas. I'll probably smoke a Pork Butt on Sunday though.. Feeling the itch! :)
