I think 5-8 weeks will be a much better indicator than three. I have seen many fans give up on Brett over the years; calling him too old etc three to four years back. Last seasons 13 wins, numerous awards and broken records proved them "all" wrong. Have a little faith, have a little patience and enjoy the ride my friend !!!

What pass does Namath get? He played a limited amount of games and had about 2 healthy seasons. He put the AFL on the map, ignited huge interest in pro football in general and won a SB in the biggest upset in NFL history up until the Pats choked last year. He and Sonny Jurgenson along with Marino and maybe Elway are still the 4 greatest pure passers this game has ever seen.

There's plenty of blame to go around for any loss, the bottom line is that's why football is "Football" and any given Sunday anyone can win. Now if you want to fool yourself into a false sense of security by beliving the Pats o-line sucks feel free, you'll be the one stuck trying to figure out why the Jets can't can't get to Brady this season. Reality seems a difficult concept for many Jet fans.
umm, I decided to read some Patriot literature this past week. It was the die-hard, knowledgeable fans that were shitting their pants about the O-line this season. I'm just taking from what they give me. The Pro Bowl is bullshit by the way. Kerry Rhodes didn't have a better season than Ed Reed and John Lynch last year?
