    I've got two guitars, and a drum set that I don't play much anymore

    And one that looks similar to these(mine's made by vantek though--my brother got it years go, never used it so i took it)

    If you want to play metal you can't go wrong with either a Jackson, BC Rich, or Ibanez.

    Edit: I'm sure you know this allready, but just to make sure - never pay sticker price when buying a guitar at any decent sized joint. Unless its a monster sale, you gotta haggle.

    BcRich and Ibanez are horrible. If you want a great metal sound,go with a les paul and put EMG HZ pick ups in it. ESP also makes a great guitar that usually come equiped with EMgs. I have a Zakk Wylde Lws paul custom right now,best guitar i have ever owned. Before this one I had an ESP that i put 1 EMG HZ and a George Lynch single coil in. That thing was pretty sick too.
