Man, I thought this game was good before. I got to Manhattan today. Awesome - just awesome. I walk through Times Square on my way to work every day and they nailed it.
I love going into the clothing store, Perseus, and murdering the homo that works there with a shotgun.
My cousin beat the game last week. I am only 1% of the way through it. Of course, I only played it two times- on 4/29 for an hour and on 5/3 for 20 minutes.
Are you guys playing the shit out of this game? Or is just really a short game?! I play it every night on the weekdays for an hour before I go to bed, right after Madden. I hope I'm going at a steady pace cause I stopped playing Assassin's Creed for this.
I've heard it was over 100hrs of play, obviously thats with all the missions and side mission completed.
I beat the game a few nights ago, didn't get the under 30 hours achievement even though I beat it in like 22 hours, but whatever. Still a very solid game. Great moments, gunfights, loved the bank mission with Packie. Now I'm doing some of the side missions slowly but surely to gain some achievements.
I beat the bank robbery mission with Packie on the first try, but as soon as I lost my wanted level after escaping through the subway, my disc was unreadable. ...then it took me about 4 tries to beat it again. It fucking sucked. Great mission though - A LOT of shooting.
GTA is definetely better and fun to play. I was getting kinda bored with Assassin's Creed even though I'm set up to go after the last 9th guy, (I'm assuming that's the last guy) but I don't like leaving games half-assed. This weekend tho, I'm gonna make sure I finish it up and re-sell it. Has anybody played/beaten Ninja Gaiden Sigma?
Are there any secret codes for gettin' guns and shit? In the old GTA games, I would get the codes from magazines or my friends and not even bother with the missions. I just like to kill people and blow up shit. I guess it helps relieve stress, particularly on rainy days when I can't play basketball or golf and stuff like that. I need a gun code!!!
There are some codes out there...you have to dial them into your cell phone. I think GTA IV has two weapons codes...just look it up on www.cheatcc.com or something I'm trying to be the game without using codes though, but I know there are cheats.

I'm willing to bet the answer is NONE! It was all the GTA line. Add the programmers who were knowledgeable enough to fully utilize the console's graphics and you've got a huge hit.
I just signed up for XBox Live and I can't figure out how to do multiplayer on GTA IV. I must be missing something glaringly obvious. How do I do it?
