I'm happy we won but this is nothing to celebrate over.

The Colts were terrible, they gave the Jets so many chances to points on the board. It's pretty disappointing we couldn't attack with Holmes and Edwards. Not to mention we discovered our ground and pound in the second half.

    Blah.

SteelCurtain96: While I appreciate the good words, being "6 Time Super Bowl Champs" has nothing to do with THIS season. I live in Pittsburgh and I often hear that as a response to criticism about this year's Steeler team. I have literally had multiple conversations like this:

"The Steelers offensive line sucks. Even sports radio hosts in Pittsburgh realize this."

Response: "But we've got six super bowls!"

    Absolutely retarded.

I know Steeler and Pittsburghers are proud of the team's tradition, but every year is a new year and the Steeler's prior success has nothing to do with this season. Steeler fans want the Jets because they FEAR the Patriots. If the Jets do beat the Patriots, Steeler fans should FEAR the Jets. Foxboro is a far tougher place to win than Heinz Field these days.

That said, good luck in the divisional. I wouldn't look past the Ravens or the Chiefs.

It may not have much to do with this season but the Steelers are the higher seed than the Ravens for a reason. That's another reason why you guys would be playing the best this year. The six time talk slips in because I am proud of my team.

I'd PREFER the Steelers play you guys if we both make it that far for two reasons. I like the matchup better, and I could easily root for the Jets if they emerge victorious from that game.
