I remember Blalock mentioning..... Mangini asking him to repeat the names of the coaches and scouts in the room. I still believe you build the team in the trenches and Blalock would definitely help Thomas Jones and keep the defense off the field.
oh that's right - I do remember that now, you and JohnnySD are right. That's great to hear, as far as I'm concerned. HOWEVER - I know you are allowed to have 30 official visits with players and it is that list from which every Jets draft pick of the past three years has come from (at least first day picks) - now, I don't know if our combine interview counts as one of those thirty or not, or how they determine who the Jets have or have not interviewed, BUT I'm now a little more hopeful that he is a Jet target.
Yeah but he didn't run a 4.7 or so... he ran much better than that, has better hands than Shockey, blocks well, is a Jersey product, son of a coach, doesn't run his mouth like the other 2 idots who preceded him at that position in Miami, yet he's thrown off to the junk heap because we have Baker.
