I think you'll be glad we got Mauldin instead of Harold. Harold's frame is too thin/narrow and he won't be able to put on much weight. I don't think he's going to be that effective in the NFL due to his lack of heft. Think Aaron Maybin.

1 . Took Williams over Vic Beasley. Williams is good but not Aaron Donald good. Beasley would have been perfect. C
    2. Took Devin over Tyler Lockett. Got a one trick pony deep threat instead of a complete reciever who's just as fast. C
    3. Passed on Eli Harold, Tevin Coleman, David Johnson. Got a solid OLB/leader. B
    4. Took Petty over Hundley. ouch that hurts. F
    5. Got a 3rd round talent. A
    7. NT depth. Eh. C
    7. Stacy. Eh. C

    I'll give it a C.

None of these guys are slam dunks to me. I like the players but I don't like how we had them ranked on our board.

Mac is a decent GM tho. he'll make moves but not go overboard and we pick NFL worthy players now.

A+ Only possible ding is that other than Devin who is a great Gunner we did not really do anything to improve our special teams. A lot of roster decisions especially at WR will be based on ST capability.

To the person who said Devin is not talented? WTF? One of the most talented WRs in the draft. Only knock and it is a misinterpretation is that he can only run go routes.

It'll be interesting to see who turns out better between Beasley and Williams. Williams was considered to be the best player in the draft by all accounts, though. At least a top 2-3 pick.

Honestly, I don't think Petty or Hundley will ultimately amount to much, but I do think Petty has more potential. Hundley did get drafted by Green bay, though, so it'll be interesting to see how he gets molded over there.

    Overall I like it.

Already looking forward to this season and next year. With this team, I doubt we're in position for a top QB prospect next year so I hope Geno comes into his own or Petty learns the offense well. He's a hard working tough guy so I think he can.

I've bounced around on him the last year, what I like about him I still like, and at 4 we have a chance at covering our asses if Geno flops.

With this defense, Revis, Cro, Skrine, Milliner holding the back, Williams & Sons up front, Coples, Maul, IK etc have all day to get to the QB. Marshall, Decker, Kerley and Amaro are our possession men with Smith to take the top off, according to his stats last year, every three times he made a catch he took one of them all the way. Our line will have an insane competition going on during training camp.

The only things that may hold us back are going to be OL next year with Bricks contract and expected drop in quality, QB if Geno doesn't pan out in his third.

Oh sorry, A++ McCaggs is the man! This draft makes us the best defense in football history and likely a 13 win team.

NFL Network just asked "Who Won the Draft?" and the Jets were one of the five options. It was that good.

I wouldn't be so sure, I think he becomes an immediate contributor year one.

    We will see.

to me that was our best pick (cant count williams, thats a no brainer)

mauldin is the only gauranteed starter from this draft from rounds 2-7. guy is going to be a 10+ sack guy and the leader of this team in a few seasons. he was born to lead

At least I made an analysis instead of just publicly stroking off a first year GM and using retard as an insult like a little kid does, as an adult mental retardation is sad, you see kids at your kids school with it and feel really fucking bad for them and their parents who desperately want their kid to be normal and have friends, it's not really funny.

Name one part of my analysis specifically you have a problem with?
