Exactly, I've argued with so many of these typs over the years, everything the team (usually I'm talking about Michigan) is right because they're smart football people and we're not...course we keep losin games so...

    I gave day one a B (85 out of 100)

    -D'Brick - BPA and Fills huge need = 100
    -Mangold - Same as Brick = 100
-Clemmons - Maybe a little early for this guy, but from everything I hear and the clips I've seen he could be the franchise QB in 2-3 years = 90
-Schlagel - His ability to stuff the run and get to the passer in the 3-4 is a value add. However, he is slow, not a multi-dimensional threat and probably could have been selected in round 4-5 = 70
-Smith - We've drafted so many safeties in the past and currently have Rhodes, Maddox, Washington and Coleman on the roster. Smith's ability to match up man to man will afford Mangini some flexibility in his blitz packages...if this guy ever gets on the field = 65

    425 / 5 = 85%

I give them a C... loved the pick of D'Brick and it was the best the way the draft was going, but I would have prefered to go in a different direction at 29 instead of taking 2 OL. Loved the trade down and we now have trade bait for Dwayne Jarrett or Calvin Johnson next year, Kellen Clemmens was a good pick. Scrathing my head at the 3rd round picks though... Gocong fell to 71 and we should've picked him up. Why draft an ILB when we have Vilma, Barton, and Hobson who are going to play there? These guys better know what they're doing because we had big needs at the pass rushing OLB and NT and we declined to fill both of them on day 1... personally I also can't stand taking another God damn safety.

In my opinion, when the jets fans are happy that means something is wrong with our picks. You guys will always be upset or disappointed and suddenly there atr 150 top-of-the-line scouts all over this forum...stop bashing the picks just bc you have no idea how to build a team...chad jackson has what role on this team?..no one wanted this guy...he was a luxury item that a championship team, like the patriots, could snag up with a second pick...we were smart to gain an extra 2nd rounder, probably in the mid40s nex year...THATS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE DRAFT...hindsight is always 20/20 pinheads

I started to read this and then I saw who is the writer and grader of this draft on CBSsportsline.......Pete Prisco?

I remember him, Pete Prisco is officially the biggest idiot i've ever seen around. Wow..I dunno what to say. This guy is just a hack. He HAD to mention Eli Manning on this, just had to huh? What a star fucker, Pete Prisco needs to slip and fall into a puddle of AIDS.

I give it a B. Drafting D'Brickashaw Ferguson and Nick Mangold was a must given the status of the line. After reading up on Clemens, I'm willing to give him a chance. As for the the 3rd, well it absolutely sucked. Are we sure Bradway didn't sneak back in for that round?

I know that the front office made some wise decisions that will greatly benefit the franchise for years to come. I'm that impatient fan that was screaming "playmaker pleasee"!. Where are the playmakers!!
