Not crazy about the full green last year but I gotta admit, I really liked our helmet last year, done in metallic Kelly green. I think I'm going to like the white jersey/ white pants Thursday night. Modern take on the SB3 winning jersey.
Baltimore should borrow the Terrapins uniforms for their game.....They already use the state flag in their uniforms...on second thought Nike would have a problem with that seeing as the Terrapin uniforms are made by Under Armor.. Forget Nike, borrow the Terrapin Unis....
Now, come on here, why would you say such a foolish thing? Of all the things you could possibly have faith in, the NFL's stupidity is one of the safest bets!
I didn't like the color rush uni's b/c all they did was alter the shade of green & add some greenish bling to the Helmet decal. That said...I'm not really sure I understand why something like this would make you all so angry & crotchety. I love the idea of different uniforms & looks. As long as they don't go outside the realm of Green & white,disrupt franchise heritage or bring back the god awful Titans Uni's I don't see the problem. Every other sport but football has moved toward alternate uniforms across the board. I'm sure folks will bitch about how its all laced in maximizing profits,expanding markets & the bottom line. Well so what? It further strengthens the shield & the brand. It adds another layer of discussion & for the teams a challenge in creative marketing. I get the game has been ruined in alot off facets. But I'm not sure I get the sentimental value of every team wearing the same home & away uniforms week after week..year after year. If that's what you guys are hanging onto...I dunno. There are alot of other things plaguing the NFL right now. I don't think a bit of fun w/ the uni's whether they're ugly or not is the first fish to throw in the fryer.
these are pretty decent, I would have lost the green arms and just had the double green stripe with white arms. and I will always prefer the Kelly green to the drab green they use.
