Rankings of how badly I want to face teams: 1. Jax (extremely unlikely) 2. KC 3. Indy 4. SD While I'm confident going into either place, the Chargers have just impressed me a little bit more than the Colts have this year. That said, I might prefer SD because Manning scares me more than Rivers. It's tough though.
In reality the 6 seed will probably get the easier first game with KC over going to Indy. However that gets cancelled out by having to go to NE in the next round. I am not going to root for anything other than a Jets win the next two weeks and we shall see where that puts us.
If NE losses both games and we win both games we would have the number 1 seed. we'd both be 12-4 head to head would be 1-1 jets would be 4-2 in the division and NE 3-3 so we'd take the east then lets assume pitt wins out and balt wins out pitt gets the division and we get the 1 seed over them because we won head to head. Won't happen though. but i'd like the 5 seed becuase i think the 5 and 6 seed will win and that means we'd get to play pitt again instead of NE in the divionsal games
And will you really give a shit when you finally sober up from celebrating? Why would you care what "everyone" says? Besides, if you get tho the SB and the Pats don't, no matter if you play them or not, your team was good enough and their's wasn't! Bottom line!
Indy without Collie is not the same team...he had 8 catches and two TDs before he got knocked out. I don't see them doing much in the playoffs if Collie is done. KC is young and this would be their first playoff game ina season where making the playoffs would be a big accomplishment...good running game, one big receiver, and a suspect secondary - jets match up well in that game also. I wouldn't want to face San diego -- just don't want to fly out west again...takes a toll on the team I think.
