I have a feeling Sanchez will have a amazing game... 400 yards 4 TDs 0 INT... And this offseason we go after Alex Smith (and not get him) and Sanchez feels insulted so they extend him for another 3 seasons.
Who cares about draft posistion at this point, There aren't any major players in the draft this year just alot of question marks and no one with any kind of hype, Besides even if there was an Andrew Luck type that fell to us im sure we would draft another DE because we are the Jets, We ignore our offense every season and trade for guys like Tebow
My prediction: Sanchez has a Rodgers-like game and torches the Bills, we all go into the off-season feeling good about our hispanic QB, we get several feel-good articles about his meeting of cancer patients and Jets West and then he throws 18 INTs in Week 1 of the 2013 season. Go Jets.
Sanchez will be his same shit self. Rex will go on about how they were a heck of a team. Sanchez will blame bad luck for his performance and how he has to work on getting better for next week's game. Yes, he is that stupid. I no longer wish an injury upon him because it is too late for that to help the team. I hope he winds up on an outside the lines episode as a pennyless washed up jock trying to make a come back in a semi-pro league team in Tulsa Oklahoma.
You mean the fake rumors from "unnamed sources" that only a moron believed were true?? Those rumors had zero impact on anything. Its hilarious there are some fans so gullible that they would actually believe otherwise.
They did have an impact. If not, players would have kept their mouths shut. What about those rumors last year of a shattered locker room which Tomlinson and McElroy confirmed. Keep living in your dream world, Sir. Hell, even Fatcessa, who I loathe, basically put his career on the line today by saying the guy who leaked the Rex info was Pettine. I guess it's only real if you want it to be though. Good for you. Must be fun in la-la land. (AbdulSalam rebuttal......."Whahhhhh.....cry....fake....wahhhhhh.")
Brad Smith will have 2 kick return TDs and a wildcat TD for good measures. Brad Smith and Lidell: 21 Jets(Via Pick 6 by Fitztragic and random Folk FG): 10
Whatever happens we need to draft on O. It's been ignored far too long and I hope we lose this last meaning less game for a better pick. We can always trade down for more picked if it's needed. Sanchez is going to be around next year whether we like it or not unless our boneheaded GM makes some amazing trades happen.
+1 Race should be a complete non-factor, one way or another. You should neither cheer a player on because of his race, or root against him because of his race. His actions and his play on the field should be the totality of the factors used to judge him.
This may sound crazy to some but if the Jets keep Braylon, then you add a returning Holmes and Hill with Kerley, that is not a bad group of receivers. Then re-sign Keller or another tight end through free agency and a RB through free agency, I really feel that we wouldn't need to draft any skill position players. We do need to draft o line players though.
Try being civil for once. Enough with the insults. If you followed this team, you'd know the leaks have been going on for the entire Rex Ryan era.
Uh... Recent years for the Bills has landed us CJ Spiller, Jairus Byrd, Eric Wood, Andy Levitre, Marcel Dareus, Cordy Glenn...
It doesn't matter what type of game Sanchez has. If he has a good game then it's no surprise it's against a bad Bill defense, it's a meaningless game with no pressure, and Sanchez MO is mixing in a good game now and then. If he has a bad game, confirms what we already knew. Apologists will say its the O-line or lack of skilled receivers fault. In the end we still keep him as our starter for next year because of the guaranteed money and no viable backup accept McElroy. Basically the same dance we've been doing all season long.
