    This guy owns a jewelry store not far from me, had to have some estate jewelry appraised so I went there and saw a book on his counter so his daughter tells me the story about the book and his tour in Vietnam.

    Well I've got a right as a citizen not to get shot by somebody with a gun who isn't trained in law enforcement and doesn't know what they're doing. I want to let the professionals do their job not the amateurs. I don't want some inexperienced and untrained individuals taking the law into their own hands and even if they have good intentions making split second decisions and possibly making mistakes. So I'm not for this everybody can play cop if they have a gun. And those who do own a gun have to get training and pass a test just like when you get a driver's license.
