Its fucking huge! Shot a 42 at Broadacres today. Hit the green on 3 (uphill par 3) and for the third time in a row par'd the 4th hole. Its my new favorite hole?
Driver. I hit the lip of the hill and rolled on. Of course i 3 putted. HAD TO 3 PUTT! My drive on 4 went a good 270. Which is about 30 yards and straighter than they usually go.............. Greens were super soft and slow. I had one great putt. The rest i would like to do over.
Got the hook up on a Callaway X-22 Golf Bag. 90 bones Needed a new stand/carry bag. Had an old Adams bag that was cart-only and just couldn't lug that thing around.
I met the course pro. who said the only way to get it on the green is to 5 wood it up the left side and have it roll right on the green. if you go at the green with a long iron the ball won't stop. I gotta play broad acres again.

Played my first game for over a year and scored my best for 9 holes, 42. Didn't hit one practice shot, barely any warm up swings and no practice putting. I only 3 jabbed on one green but holed everything else inside 8 feet and one from off the fringe. I did play ultra conservative, rather than my usual blasting driver and ridiculous high pitched approach shots. I noticed that I played better by not thinking, or overthinking things
Today's Farmers Insurance 3rd round got delayed to 10 AM Sunday. Tiger is in the lead with -11. I hope he wins a major this year.
I got the email that my local courses are opening tomorrow. Im so going out one day this week. To chip and putt at least.
