    Depends on who hires him: if it's the Jets he has a terrible record, if it's anyone else he's got the most impressive record of all time.

    Or they could eliminate the rule where you can't hire/announce a hire until the candidates current team is done playing.. like college.

    What's wrong with the Jets announcing the hiring of Quinn now for example and still letting him play out the string in Seattle?
    Even yet, what's wrong with the Jets poaching Quinn now from Seattle if he wants to. Would suck for Seattle to lose their coordinator during the playoff push but that's life. Why stop a man from taking an opportunity to better his career at all?
