I am sick of Penny leaving his recievers up to dry. He lofted that pass to Coles, made him jump up for it, and now Coles appears to be injured.... great....

Chad and his high completion percentage... nobody ever mentions that number being inflated because 85% of his passes are under 5 yards.

To me, it looked like he got the wind knocked out of him (Coles). We'll see.

I know I'm beating a dead horse here...but Chad's arm strength is god awful.

Believe it or not, there are between 12-16 games played each weekend. I don't just watch jets games thanks to Sunday Ticket. Watch a Giants game one day. Shockey is good for 2-3 of these a season alone.

Elway could havbe thrown that play that was picked and guess what.. it's picked.

It was a bad decision. It didn't have much to do with arm strength. A little, yes, but not a ton.

OK now blitz and cover the TE

  20. None of us want to see a dink and dunk style offense..but when you think about it..It's really what fits our current personell the best.

    1. Young O-line still learning to pick up blitzes correctly and sustain pass protection
    2. A starting QB who's strength is accuracy/decision making and weakness is is arm strength
    3. Small quick Wr's who lack consistent field stretching ability

This is what Herm's jets were built for...and until we have at least one more draft/offseason w/ Mangini...it is what it is.
