He actually does remind me of that guy we used to have on our team, shit what was his name.... Leon Washington, yeah, him- Once he starts training with the big boys he'll only get stronger and faster. I'm starting to feel a lil better about the Leon situation now. Now all he has to do his take #29 and change his last name and I'll be 100% on board.
Not sure if anyone heard his interview the on Monday on ESPN radio (or if it's already been beat to death here, didn't feel like reading thru), but when asked what he knows about Sanchez, he said "I know he's hispanic, that's about it." Both amused and frightened me at the same time (especially because it didn't sound deadpan, but sounded like he was very serious).
As someone else mentioned on these forums (WW85?), McKnight could end up being the best pick in this draft for us.
His thinking is that on check-downs, having a viable weapon like Mac will take the heat off MS a bit more, bearing in mind that Leon was missing for a large chunk of last season. It should help Sanchez, I agree, especially as they are former team mates as well.
Please tell me he didn't really say that, I see he wants to start on our (my) bad side. He should have said, "I know he's dirty, that's about it." yeah baby!
WTF are you guys talking about? I meant Sanchez to McKnight. You know, like a pass? (look at my avatar)
The thing that I like about McKnight is that from those highlight videos,he looks like a good patient runner.Combined with his size,I feel he could be a better inside runner and all round running back that Leon was. Of course we won't know for sure until we see him on the field, but I'm excited to see this kid play.
There were some reports that he likes to avoid contact- I would too with 300 pound freaks trying to rip my head off. Is there any truth to him being scared to take a hit though??
You do know ">" is a greater than symbol, right? When not used in a math problem, most of the time people use it to point out that something is greater than something else.
