LMAO actually this is the one place I do not have a drive everyone out of their minds troll account. The other forum's are either so full of themselves, the troll account is awesomeness (if I do say so myself) or in a smaller forum just a way for the regulars to get a laugh at a newbs expense.
Clemens was awful today and I couldnt agree about more with the points about the playcalling. If Sanchez was in, they would've passed more, which would've been dumb. Sanchez would've done a lot more with the limited opps they gave Clemens today - but they have to keep the gamplan simple and run-first. Sanchez should never throw too much more than 20 times a game.
I can't believe how many people used to kiss this guys ass a few years ago. I was always a non-believer in old Dumb Dumb Clemens
Well he got the job done (or was it the D?). We wanted a win, we got a win. Clemens had some terrible throws, something you expect from a rookie. But he also had a good 4th quarter. I hope Sanchez is back next wk. If not, we may actually have a better chance to win for the reasons miami puck suggested...Schotty actually will run the ball as much as he is supposed to. With Sancho, he likes to take a few chances down the field. Which reminds, the pass to Woodhead was pretty good. Hated it that Scott gave up a first down with Bucs were ready to punt and then got a FG. If the Bucs already had points on the board, I would have been fine with it. But that stupid play resulted in us losing out on a shutout, a second consecutive one.
He was good enough, I'd be completely depressed if he were the starting QB. That being said, I hope he becomes the starter for the Hartford expansion team so I can mess with him on a weekly basis!
I agree with this post, the main point (I think) being the last sentence, that MS is not that much better than KC. This may very well be, which only strengthens my opinion that we need to jettison Clemens. With Sanchez being our obvious designated starter come hell or high water, all the more reason why we need a better B/U than KC.
