I'd love to see Callahan as the OC. There'd be continuity and he'd probably handle in game adjustments a lot better. Belidick took all the deep shit away the first half, second half same fucking thing a complete failure to adjust/adapt to the situation (yes, Sanchez is equally to blame but it doesn't change this fact); and it happens often with Schitt. The consistently good coordinators are the ones who can react to in game developments successfully most of the time and we need one of those at OC for once this millennium.
I was just about to post that I think Callahan who has been to the Super Bowl, already knows the offense and has done a tremendous job on the offensive line should be the next offensive coordinator but it looks like a couple of you beat me to the punch. kudos.
