And I've never seen anyone escorted off a plane or yell at a flight attendant. That really holds no relevance to what happened, it's a unique situation. I don't think we will really learn what happens as Geno wasn't held, charged, or arrested. It probably falls in-between all the stories. My guess would be the flight attendant physically unplugged Geno's headphones, Geno got upset, initiated a verbal altercation, Geno requested to speak someone/airline request Geno leave, talk at the terminal with police, he leaves. EDIT: The cellphone story is what causes the curveball. Because I've seen two reports, one that puts Geno in a good light with headphones and one that puts Geno in a bad light with headphones. My guess here would be his headphones were plugged into his cell phone?
Everyone is pissed at the TSA and their unlimited and often abusive powers. But god forbid it's Jets QB who got fed up with bullshit... Well that becomes a whole different story. I travel for work reasons, pretty often and I've seen attendants being abusive to the passengers. Not often, but it happens. The smart way is to swallow the insult whether you're a pretty woman made to go through whole body scan or a father who asked for a sub meal for your kid and got yelled at. Geno could've just kept quite, yes. But this certainly not the worse thing that could've happen. And under circumstances he was pretty calm and collected.
We don't know the circumstances. Either way, for an NFL QB to make a scene on an airplane is not very responsible. Great career move... be put on a no-fly list.

LOLwhut? There was an incident that was either started by a crazed flight attendant who unprovoked accosted a completely innocent and well-behaved traveler. Or not. I wasn't there, I have no proof of anything. Just not my experience. And I have, TWICE. Once on an international flight and once on a flight to Chicago. Btw, I've been traveling for business and pleasure for 30 years and I have never ONCE had a sideways word with a flight attendant. EVER. I am respectful, quiet, unassuming, keep to myself. If a flight attendant asks me to turn off my phone or laptop or iPad, I say politely "of course" and then I shut it off. If a flight attendant asks me something, I answer in a respectful manner, and when I ask for something I do so in a civilized and respectful manner. I don't yell, I don't make a scene, I don't draw attention to myself--I travel like an adult should. I have no idea what happened on that flight--I've just never seen a crazed flight attendant or a bitchy flight attendant start a ruckus all by themsleves. But that's just my experience. _

I've only seen one crazy thing, and it was just a flight attendant having a bad day and throwing some snark at a passenger and other attendants having to calm her down. She apologized to the person and it was a fine flight, everything understood the pressure, tension, etc. I'm the same always polite, always listen, always pretend to watch the instructional video you see 100s of times I just don't think since you've never seen a flight attendant snap doesn't mean it never happens. Yeah I don't think we'll know what happened, but I bet it's somewhere in-between. Geno seemed really calm when TMZ approached him so at least didn't escalate anything, right? :breakdance:

Read the whole story before you call anyone a fucking joke. There is no one corroborating anything, but what's being reported by the Daily News doesn't paing Geno as completely an innocent. Not the TMZ story, TDN story. Who knows what's true since none of us were there, but I'll believe a news source over a fanatic defending a player with NO knowledge of what went on.

i've read every fucking post in this thread. i've seen every argument. i've seen every reason he might of been thrown off the plane the fact that there is more than 2 reasons he got "kicked off" the plane shows that no one really knows what the fuck happened. he didn't get arrested and no one has technically confirmed anything so who the fuck cares? honestly, this is just a case of his celebrity blowing up something

That's a pet peeve of mine, too. Like black people are beyond reproach or something. Dunno if Geno does that or did it here, but that can be beyond ridiculous. For example, I'm talking to this black guy, and I say something about how Michael Jackson is a weirdo. He says "why, because he's black?" I'm left speechless, like black people can't be strange. And we ARE talking about Michael Jackson here. Gotta figure that black people that play that card so freely are racists themselves. I happen to know that THIS guy was.
