Geno is a shmuck and I hope he never starts another game for the NY Jets. He has handled himself like an imbecile and jeopardized the team's success with his actions. He has no place on this team. If Geno was the answer, the CS would be eager to get him back asap. Fitz, is a veteran, he's handling the offense, he has the team's respect. The Jets have been looking for an adequate game manager for years, for the time being Fitz gives the Jets the best chance to win. Fitz has done a lot of things right and will continue to be the leader the Jets need to get this team to the play-offs.
Its creating a problem where there isnt one. Fitz is a competent NFL QB. If he didnt come with some flaws he wouldn't be on his 6th team. So who cares if he doesnt have a strong arm? Would you have taken Pennington off the field back in the day because he couldn't throw the ball deep? We should've never been in the position where Fitz needed to throw the ball deep to bring us back.
you're gonna see Geno at some point this year smart money says Fitz isnt gonna make it through an entire season healthy
Think you are talking about Ryan Mallet for the Houston Texans who skipped a practice, whined on the sideline on national TV, and then had to find his own plane ride to Miami after missing the team plane. Not sure how Geno is a problem right now unless he isn't holding the clipboard to your standards?
Of course Geno isn't a problem right now, but, the way he has carried himself in the recent past, also missing meetings, the broken jaw fiasco is less than stellar. He has shown what he's made of and it's not worthy of the NY Jets.
Because he frequently runs without a single fuck given for his health and leaves himself vulnerable to big hits from the defenders.
I suggested the same thing on another post, when you have 40+ yards to go and have enough time for 2-3 plays then put in Geno or Petty. Might as well have someone who can physically get it there than not even try it.
lol, i suggested in the game thread before the onside kick, maybe bringing geno in for the hail mary. but packages for geno is just a horrible horrible,i mean absolutely terrible idea. that would be the fastest way to get the circus cranked back up. seriously bad idea

Anything to get Geno in the game. It wouldn't surprise me if they waited outside the Jets Facility and try to hit Fitz with their vehicle if that would get Geno snaps with the first team or a start.
A Genobot trying to run over Fitpatrick in a parking lot, is the same as Geno trying to be an NFL QB.
