He was an asshole Giants fan according to reports, which is even more pathetic.

I don't understand how fans, even asshole Giant fans, can stand there cursing out or mocking a professional athlete standing right in front of them.

I never boo at games, don't curse at games, can't imagine trying to get in a players face about their play.

Geno should have apologized for his play to the fan.

It's entertainment. They sign the contract and the fan buys the ticket. So should fans not cheer good plays? Save the not booing stuff for elementary and HS sports where it is kids playing for fun. But, when big money is involved the players need to put their big girl panties and shut the fans booing up by their play on the field. These players are coddled throughout college and the pros by agents and coaches. Sometimes a reality check is needed for the one percenters.

I didn't say I disagreed with booing, it's just not something I do.

Fans can boo all they want.

But standing in the front row as a player is coming off the field, making eye contact and screaming "you suck" is just not acceptable in my idealistic world of how civilized people should act.

Notwithstanding how much they paid for tickets.
