Thanks thats the play I was looking for but I couldn't find it. I love how he just exploded right at him after the snap. Got down low cleared him out and used the room to make the catch and got the first. First NFL catch and a nice way to do it.
I just dig the hell out of this. That mentality is reminiscent of how Revis treats the 5 yard bump zone. Looking forward to seeing how Hill and Schillens get some love in the next game. Tone Time is just too small to do it.
Bullshit! The replacement refs haven't missed much more than the regular guys so far. They're the scapgoats for every issue now.
Thats just plain not true. Did you watched the GB SF game? Did you see the 4th timeout issue with Cards and Seahawks. Aaron Rodgers himself said before the season opener that he didn't think the replacement refs would be a problem and then came out after and said I was wrong. Then talked about the benefits GB had gotten from blown calls.
The regular refs have given teams an extra timeout under the same circumstances 4 times in the last 10 years. So this is not something that never happened with the regular officials also. And there was never anyone on here every week bitching about missed penalties before those damn replacement refs started doing the games, right? All I read on this site last year week after week was how fucking bad the officiating was. Now the regular guys are the greatest thing since sliced bread? The real refs ought to get off their asses and come back, because their jobs will be gone soon if they don't. I laugh about what they are sitting over. They want guaranteed pensions rather than 401's like the rest of the world, including all other employees who work for the NFL, while most of them already have 401's from their "Full time" jobs. They don't want extra crews trained up and ready because they don't want to be held accounttable if they suck. They make $100K+ at a part time gig? I really feel for these guys.
Not really sure. I like Keller, but he is such a finesse player that I'm not sure I see him capitalizing on a physical matchup at the line like that against a safety or LB. Here's to him proving me wrong.
The WR has the same rights as the DB has. Typically, you will see the WR counter a jam from the DB, and make a move to create space. If you see a WR jam, it is a pretty good indication of a screen or sweep that way, but you may see a quick punch and then a swim move.
this is why I want Hill to add like 10 more pounds of muscle and get better hands, why because when he destroys CB's at the line and gets quick cuts in he'll go from just a deep threat to an All Around Beast
