Yo Jtuds, I won't have PC access during the draft...I'll be in Vancouver, B.C. on business....but i did pre-set my player rankings. Will Yahoo utilize my rankings list? what do i need to do to activate it? never used this feature before....
I used it last year...it works just fine. I did end up with Cedric Benson, but that's just because I rated him too high. As long as you've set them, you won't be totally surprised, although you do miss out on some good values not being there.
yeah i know....it's a total crapshoot for me now. Unless i get some good waiver wire deals...you guys are gonna kill me. I might still get lucky, and be able to bring my laptop....but the chance of that happening is remote at best :sad:
If you did a good preset you will be fine. It jsut takes your list and removes players as they are picked, and when it is your turn the computer picks the highest rated player still available based on your rankings.
hey Tuds, can you push the draft time back an hour? right now it's set to 7pm CDT...8pm CDT would work better for me if possible. If so, I won't need to preset my rankings.....I should be able to get back to my hotel in time for the start of the draft.:beer: btw..Scik is right...you've exceeded your PM box quota...we can't send you PMs till you delete some of your messages.
i thought it said 7pm Central Time on Wed? Edit: fuck..nevermind...you must be on East Coast time....I'll just continue to sit here with my head up my ass.
stupid question time...I may be a little late to the draft...and i have my rankings preset...but can i manually take over my draft selections as soon as i arrive?
no idea...look at the help on the site. I have no problem moving the draft back, but I think there are only so many slots and that week is prime time, so I doubt it's possible. Good luck, I want you to have a good team so I can kick your ass fair and square:beer:
