What does zerosincespygate have to do with the Patriots currently being the best team in the NFL? Pot meet kettle. Irony at its finest.
To be the best you have to win. What have the pats done but go 14-2. The Playoffs is another ball game.
Maybe not the only team doing it. The team stupid enough to get caught yes. Oh hey TGG here is name for this thread but for the lot of them. Giz'sTrollingBitches or could be spelled Jiz'sTrollingBitches
Yeah, gotta love the internet. We all have our facepalm moments when we say something stupid...except it's all on the record on the internet.
And there's no doubt that some (if not most) of the Patriots' opponents were doing the same. Just face it, spygate meant nothing. The Patriots are on their way to building themselves another dynasty. Brady will retire with at least 5 rings.
Actually there is plenty of doubt because there is no evidence that suggests somebody else did this. I'm sure you've heard of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution and all that good stuff that says you need to have evidence and being innocent until guilty.
He's right. Spygate meant nothing. The Patriots gained absolutely nothing from the practice that they did it for years. Why? Shits and giggles. The NFL found the evidence so damning that they didn't want anybody else to see it. Why? Shits and giggles? The NFL fined them a bunch of money and took away a first round draft pick. Why? Shits and giggles.
So the Patriots taped from the sidelines when you're allowed to do so from the endzone anyway.. big whoop.
Yeah big whoop, no big deal. The NFL drops historic draft penalties and fines for things that aren't a big deal. Just fuckin drop it, you sound ridiculous.
Let the Panthers do what the Patriots did and let's see them build a dynasty. Not happening. You know why? Because they don't have a hall of fame coach and QB. Like I said, post-spygate the Patriots just went 14-2 with the youngest defense in the NFL, Brady with his second best season in his career. Spygate meant nothing. Did the Patriots gain such a significant advantage by taping from the sidelines and not the endzone? Did Vinatieri drill those clutch kicks because of Spygate? Gimme a breakkk
If the Patriots didn't gain a competitive advantage from spygate, they wouldn't have been fined a historic amount and docked a first round draft pick.
Why would we give you a break? Admit you cheated and we will move on. You refuse to admit that you cheated just like you (Bostonians) refuse to admit that David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez took steroids during the 2004 and 2007 title runs. But thats not cheating because if I did it then I wouldn't have been able to win a world series. This is also a really dumb argument. That is like saying a white man shouldn't be arrested for murder because there murder wasn't as good as a black man's murder. Murder is murder just like cheating is cheating regardless of who does it and when.
Penalty was obviously too harsh. Doesn't matter anymore, though. Pats are on their way towards building another dynasty post-spygate.
Glad you brought up baseball. Just further proves my point... just like in baseball's recent steroid era, everybody was also "cheating" in football.
