He should have a press conference and either deny or confirm how he feels about radical muslim faith issues. The Jets should have done their homework. I don't think any religion is worth the paper it is written on , but the fundementalist Muslim faith promotes killing all non believers. He should just tell us what he believes. Then we base an opinion on it.

People like to generalize to make themselves feel secure. Its easy, exhilarating even to fight a cartoon. Maybe its just in our DNA to do so, if its a threat we have the ability to look for the signs from past experience. hatred by association is a handy self defense mechanism for potential threats to return. Theres a saying "where theres smoke theres fire", and while yes there certainly exist evil muslims out there, the fear has gotten us to a point where we'll smell smoke where there really isn't. lol, maybe he was spying the school for his terrorist friends.. for some reason... some really militant reason, yeah!
As the OP, I agree with your thoughts on the thread...I wouldn't mind if it got canned due to the controversial nature of it. I also don't really want people to think (a) I agree with it, or (b) I look at that website. It's something that just popped up on facebook as a re-post from someone, and thought it slightly news-worthy and obviously Jets related.
I didn't mean to offend anyone by posting it. I apologize if that was the case. Whether it's news or an editorial, someone is publicly putting that negative press out there, and whether you agree or not, I still consider that to be something worth posting. I certainly wasn't asking you to agree with it, but the fact that this is out there (and being re-posted in many places outside of TGG), I think it was right to bring it to people's attention that this is out there. Besides, anyone that reads the article with half a brain should be able to pick out the horrendous journalism and realize the tremendous reaches it makes.
