I'll tell you exactly what I thought back then--Testaverde was a longtime loser and Foley was the future of the Franchise. Start the future.
That's not far off of the way I felt. Then Foley got hurt again and I decided I was tired of the injury-prone QB.
Jets are 0-2 with Foley and 2-0 with Vinnie, but I love the kid so lets see how he does sunday against the Rams. Its very winnable game, even though that that bum Curtis Martin sprained his vagina and isn't going to play...
I think Rick Mirer just needs a change of scenery, if he comes here he could step up and do big things just in case Vinny went down.
Yeah, Right FAT CHANCE!!! I heard Arnold will be in the building promoting his new movie and there are still rumours that he will get into politics....wow, amagine that? The Governator! But i'd take a prediction from him before anything you posted.
You gotta go with Foley. Testaverde is gonna have a hard time moving with Jetsrock16s head up his ass...
I predict we will lose our first game of the season to San Francisco on a long run by Garrison Hearst. Something tells me he'll break a tackle and outrun Mo Lewis to the endzone. I'd play Vinny because I bet he can score a phantom touchdown vs. Seattle later this year. Hopefully, we don't institute instant replay now or in the future.
here's how I see it - basically our team isn't that good, like lets be honest, we aren't going to the AFC Championship or anything like that. So I feel we should start Foley then and let him get his feet wet, he is the future.
I say we go with Foley-hes the future-but if he doesnt pan out i hear this guy Ryan Leaf is very very good
