The problem with in and out is that it gets so much applaud I think it creates an expectation that differs from the actual burger.

In and out is delicious because it is simple but tastes great but I think the applaud creates the expectation of a completely unique taste or experience.

I've had Five Guys and it doesn't compare to In and Out, which IMO deserves it's reputation. I love that burger.

There is a chain here called Smash Burger which is pretty good too.

We have Smash Burger in the next town over. Pretty good, great fries.

    Yeah, the fries are good.

Only problem is the burger doesn't fill me up which it should at the price. As opposed to an In and Out double double which is all you need with some fries and only costs $4.

I enjoyed Smashburger twice. After that it was blech.

There's a Five Guys in the shopping/movie center next to my gym, and while the burger is decent, the fries are hideous...

Sorry..the Whopper Jr. with cheese still the best burger going....Two bucks, two bites, one snack...If I want a meal...I'll get a philly cheese steak from Katies.

Yup. Very good. Have one next to one of our movie locales.

A tad higher end than Smashburger or 5 Guys or Shake Shack. A very good wine list. They do a special burger every week and they are usually pretty creative.

Very similar is Tony Roma's--they make a great burger too. It's a steak chain that I would never go to for steaks, but they have one near one of our other movie spots and we've gone there strictly for the burgers and they are very very good. Also a good wine list.

Outstanding. Been to the original on Columbus a bunch of times and it's great.

Also been to the one in Englewood NJ but they don't sell beer.
