wow, knew it was coming, but it's still just crazy to see how much QB's with any potential get paid. curious to see the guarantees. they are all in with Taylor now. I think he's a good player, but has to stay healthy, and doesn't have much track record to feel too comfortable with. **EDIT** looks like first year fully guaranteed, but not necessarily much after that.
Hoping he looks serviceable this year before he crashes and burns. He gets 9.6M this year and next year if they pick up the option he gets $27.5M in 2017.
I've never been one to root for player injury, but Karma is a bitch. Bills LB IK Enemkpali suffers a "Major Knee Injury" vs Colts. . Was carted off the field during the 1st half. Rex Ryan described the injury as "major" during halftime of the game broadcast. I'll tell you what. Buffalo's defense is in serious trouble regarding their linebacking unit. Not only did Buffalo trade Kiko Alonso last year but their 10th pick of the 2nd round in Reggie Ragland out of Alabama is expected to miss his entire 2016 rookie season due to a torn ACL and it's also unclear when Shaq Lawson out of Clemson will return, their rookie drafted 19th overall of the 1st round due to offseason shoulder surgery. Hopefully Buffalo fans who thought Geno getting punched was "funny" last offseason are now enjoying and absolutely loving all of their defensive injures. If they don't like it? Deal with it. Looking like they'll have a laughing stock linebacking unit this up coming season.
Kiko Alonso hasn't been on Buffalo in a couple of years I believe. Also, I don't believe it was the Buffalo fans who were the only ones laughing at the Geno injury, everyone was because of how stupid it was for. I wouldn't be "absolutely loving" anyone's defensive injuries because those were done on the field and not because they owed someome money. Just my 2 cents.
Indeed. Getting punched in the face for his own doing is indeed a stupidity of a colossal magnitude. I just hope this does not reflect his football acumen, but it doesn't seem that way.
I think it's too much of a coincidence that Rex Ryan's teams are always decimated by injury before the season even starts. It happened when he was here and it's happened both years in Buffalo. It could be that he overhypes practices and preseason games. I was watching the beginning of their game last night and the players broke down their huddle screaming like they were about to play in the Super Bowl and started flying all over the field. Rex was bouncing up and down the sideline. Jim Irsay even said that the Colts didn't play Andrew Luck last night because Rex "has never heard of the word 'preseason'". Just my 2 cents, but I think the "master motivator" thing works against him in August. With so many practices and 4 preseason games, your team is going to get destroyed if you get them too amped up to hit each other.
yes, it did seem like that when he was here. not that tanny provided him with depth. mac seems to get more talent from the later rounds and ufa players than tanny or his predecessor ever did.
In 1999 when the Bills last made the playoffs, I snuck into woodstock in the trunk of a car at 15yrs old.
Bills, a Jets fans perspective pt.1 i'm 25 and i dont recall seeing the bills even make the playoffs in my 16 years of fan hood. I was literally sucking titty milk and wearing infant diapers last time you guys were relevant.
No it doesn't. But let's be real here the Bills and Jets history sucks. Yes the Jets have won a Super Bowl but I would bet 95%+ on here wasn't alive.
